DISTRIBUTION
We commonly handle the distribution of bid documents for construction projects for many of our
customers. Often cited as a major headache for a firm's administrative staff, we welcome the
opportunity to take care of your plan set distribution needs.
We track contractors and subcontractors as they pick up (or we ship) bid sets, maintaining a
database of who is bidding, what documents they have, addendums to the original sets and deposits
paid and maintained. Updates are provided daily (or whenever you prefer) to the firm. Addendums
are provided to all planholders via hard copy, fax or email, depending upon your preference, and
we make certain that everyone in the database has each update as they are issued. We've truly taken
distribution to heart and elevated it to what is nearly an art form.
